Dear LHS Parents:

I hope this letter finds you enjoying the remaining days of summer! Beginning this afternoon, you may access
your child’s class schedule for the 2026-2027 school year by logging in to the Genesis Parent Access Portal. As a
reminder, required school forms must be completed in order to access your child’s schedule.

As your child furthers their high school experience, questions may arise. Our school counselors are here to
answer any questions in order to help guide your child through this process. At this time, the only schedule
changes that will be considered by the high school administration are as follows: correction of a scheduling error;
modification for graduation requirements; or adjustment for ISLO/summer school completion. No elective or
teacher changes will be considered or made.

All additional changes may be requested at the start of the second schedule change window beginning on August
26th. To request a schedule change during Window 2, 3 or 4, please use this paper form. All course change
requests will be contingent upon course availability. Please see the chart below that outlines the specific times
throughout Semester 1 in which schedule changes can be requested. Schedule change requests made during
Windows 2, 3 and 4 come at the risk of disruption to a student’s existing schedule. Efforts are made to minimize
the impact to a student's schedule; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
